First elected to the Georgia
House of Representatives in 1996, Representative
Bobby Franklin (R-Marietta)
represents the 43rd District. A graduate of Covenant
College in Lookout Mountain, Georgia, he earned a degree in Biblical Studies
and Business Administration. Bobby is the proud father of three adult children.
He is an active member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church. Rep. Franklin
is known and respected as the most socially conservative
member of the Georgia
General
Assembly. He is especially dedicated to defending the Right to Life from
conception to natural death. He continues to sponsor
and vote for legislation to save
the lives of unborn babies, protect women from
exploitation by abortionists, and
restore a culture of life in our state and nation.
He will talk about HB1, the bill that treats abortion as murder, which he
introduces every session. Also, he will address the issues and problems the
GA legislature
encountered when they transitioned from Democratic to Republican control.
Bobby also would like to reserve a good amount of time to take your questions. SPECIAL
